1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SayNo ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SayNo is a habit tracking application that helps users:

Track and break bad habits
Monitor daily streaks
Visualize progress over time
Build discipline through consistency

The App is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Plan

Price: Free forever

Up to 3 habits
Basic streak tracking
Daily check-ins
Basic statistics

3.2 Premium Monthly

Price: $4.99 / month

Free Trial: 14 days (new users only)

Unlimited habits
Advanced statistics
Smart reminders
Cloud backup
Home screen widget

Price: $49.99 / year

4. Free Trial Terms

14-day free trial available for new Premium subscribers only
Trial begins on date of subscription
You will NOT be charged during the trial period
After 14 days, subscription automatically converts to paid plan
To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends
One free trial per Apple ID

5. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before the end of current period
Monthly: charged $4.99 every month
Annual: charged $49.99 every year
All billing is managed by Apple through your App Store account
Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and Apple pricing tiers

6. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

Option 1:

Open iPhone Settings
Tap your Apple ID name
Tap Subscriptions
Select SayNo
Tap Cancel Subscription

Option 2:

Open App Store
Tap your profile picture
Tap Subscriptions
Select SayNo
Tap Cancel Subscription

After cancellation:

You retain Premium access until end of current billing period
No refunds for partial periods
Your data is preserved

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We cannot process refunds directly. Apple's refund policy applies to all SayNo purchases.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer the App
Copy or redistribute our content
Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack or disrupt servers
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers
Share your account with others

9. Intellectual Property

All content in SayNo including app design and interface, graphics and animations, text and copy, logo and branding is owned by SayNo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without explicit written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SayNo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using the App. SayNo is a tool to support your goals. Results depend entirely on your personal commitment and effort. We are not a medical or psychological service. Consult professionals for addiction or health-related concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayNo shall not be liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or revenue, or personal injury or health outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notification and by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SayNo is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings where permitted by law.
